Product Overview

Professional Memory for Work

ProfMe for macOS captures meetings, creates transcripts and summaries, and helps you reconnect decisions and follow-ups later.

The product visuals are illustrative examples. The public desktop app is for macOS; connected calendar, chat, and email services and native video-meeting integrations are not included in this release.

Meeting capture

Capture from your device,
without a meeting bot.

The macOS app captures meeting audio playing on your Mac using system-audio and microphone permissions. It does not join the call as a participant. Before recording, tell participants and obtain any consent required for your situation; ProfMe does not notify participants for you.

Ask ProfMe

Ask ProfMe. Don't search for the answer.

You shouldn't have to remember which meeting, message, or document contained the answer.

Just ask.

“What did we decide?”
“What did I promise?”
“What changed?”
“What did Alex say about this?”
“What are my open commitments?”
“What should I know before my meeting?”
