We are building ProfMe so those conversations don't disappear.
ProfMe is built around a simple problem: teams discuss strategy, make decisions, and commit to next steps — then struggle to recover that context when the video call ends.
Developed and published by ArchByte Studio.
Professionals spend time in meetings where decisions are made, commitments are set, and trade-offs are discussed. Weeks later, it can be hard to recall what was agreed and why.
Documenting meetings manually is tedious and incomplete. Traditional transcription tools generate mountains of raw text that nobody reads. We realized what professionals actually need is not another 10-page transcript — they need a persistent professional memory that connects decisions, people, and projects across time.
When we observed how modern AI meeting tools operate, we noticed a recurring point of friction: mandatory meeting bots. Forcing an artificial bot into a Zoom or Google Meet room alters the atmosphere of the conversation. People become guarded, introductions become awkward, and sensitive strategic discussions get stiffened.
We decided that AI should work around your conversation — not become part of it.
Where supported, ProfMe can capture meeting audio from your device without adding a participant bot to the call. Audio may be sent for server-side processing when transcription is enabled. Available methods depend on your client and setup; tell participants and get consent where required.
We are building a calm professional operating system for everything you have discussed, decided, promised, and learned. A world where you enter every meeting with complete historical context, where promises never fall through the cracks, and where institutional knowledge survives team transitions.
